Meet the Claus - An Intimate Photography Experience

This experience is geared towards families with young and school-aged children, however all are welcome! This intimate photography experience includes digitals of ALL of your photos captured from the time you enter Santa's house until you exit. Families will have opportunity to meet Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves. Your family will be designated a special time slot for exclusive access to Santa's house and all of the wonderment inside.

With meticulous attention to detail, we've curated a personalized immersive adventure that will leave a lasting imprint on young minds. Children will be inspired to explore their own inner magic.

Included in the price is a personalized gift for each child under the age of 18.

Meet the Claus - An Intimate Photography Experience

This experience is geared towards families, older children, teens, and couples.

Elves After Dark is a self-guided selfie (Elfie) adventure through Santa's house.

The Santa House halls will be decked with boughs of holly. Explore each of the rooms in the Santa House and snap photos worthy for the 'Gram!

Our Setup is staged with props and toys to make the experience realistic. Our goal is to help children and adults alike believe they are really visiting Santa's House and not a photo studio.

We suggest pre-purchasing tickets however we will be allowing walk-ups!

When is opening day?

Can you give a sneak peak into this experience?

Without giving too much of the magic away... guests will get the chance to walk through Santa's House, greeted by 8 foot tall nutcrackers, through candy cane pillars, they will be able to sit in Santa's cozy living room, enter Santa's mailroom, see toys being completed in the workshop and smell the aromas of Mrs. Claus' kitchen as she finishes preparing Christmas cookies!

Where is the location?

The house is located at 5821 Merrick Road in Massapequa on Merrick Road. This historic community home is straight out of a storybook and will transport you to the North Pole for a unique visit to Santa's house.

What are the hours?

Elves after Dark is available to pre-purchase or walk-up from 5pm to 8pm

Meet the Claus is an APPOINTMENT ONLY daytime experience from 2pm to 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays and 10am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Extended Holidays Hours will be announced between Christmas and New Years.

Thursdays through Sundays from November 24th Through January 7th

Days and hours may become extended based upon demand so keep checking back.

How long will my experience be?

No matter which option you choose, your experience will be 20 minutes.

How much will this cost?

Elves After Dark - An Elfie Experience is $25 per adult and $20 per child under the age of 12. Children under 1 years old are free.

Meet the Claus is a fully immersive experience that is $250 for up to four guests and $50 per additional person up to 8 people. There are add ons available for pre-purchase but they are not required for a magical experience!

What is included in Elves After Dark - An Elfie Experience?

Elves After Dark is a self guided Elfie experience. You have access to the space to grab as many photos as you would like during your adventure through the Santa House.

What is included in Meet the Claus?

Meet the Claus includes professional candid photography from the moment you walk in the door. You will be designated a photographer to follow your group. You will receive all of the images electronically within 7 business days directly to your email. Remember these photos are candids, meant to capture the magic and wonder! You are welcome to grab selfies outside at our designated spots to take with you right away but we want to ensure there is no recording or phones in the background of the professional photos. There are several rooms in the house, each room is its own experience included in the fee to enter. There are special add ons available but they MUST be pre-purchased. We do not want children to see any exchange of money.

What makes Meet the Claus special?

Parents will be encouraged to bring the letters that kids wrote to Santa for a WOW factor when kids see their letter that they have written at home appear in Santa's mailbox! We also encourage parents to bring a wrapped present from home (dropped in a special designated place where kids won't see) so they can leave with a gift from Santa.

These are the special add ons available but they MUST be pre-purchased. We do not want children to see any exchange of money.

An ornate key for children who do not have a chimney - $10

Pick an ornament from Santa's tree to take home - $15

Choose a Nutcracker from Santa's workshop - $30

A gingerbread or shortbread cookie kit to design at home - $15

A box of Mrs Claus' fresh baked butter cookies - $25

This experience is for all who believe!

Meet the Claus is geared more towards younger and school-aged children. Elves After Dark - An Elfie Experience is fun for the whole family, teens, and couples!

Should I pre-purchase tickets?

Meet the Claus is by appointment only!

Elves after dark will have two lines - one for pre-purchase and one for walk-ups. We recommend that you buy tickets for as far in advance as you can. We anticipate selling out.

Is the Santa House wheelchair accessible?

There are stairs going in and out of the Santa House therefore at this time we are not fully wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring my dog?

We will allow any pups that can be hand held to join in on the Christmas fun!

Will there be food and beverages?

Only during Elves After Dark - An Elfie Experience. Sip on some hot cocoa and other delicious treats from our partner the Hostess with the Mostess! Elves after Dark will have the back patio open serving food and beverages for purchase after your experience and you are welcome to stay for up to an hour!

There will be no food and beverages sold during the Meet the Claus experience.
